Key Responsibilities

Minimum requirements

• Honours Degree in Finance/ Law/ Auditing/ Science at NQF8 with 480 credits
• Accredited as a Certified Compliance Practitioner (CPrac)
• Related experience: Experience in compliance, audit, legal, finance, risk management, forensic audit and investigation at a middle management level or specialist position at a major corporation
• Professional Registration Body: Compliance Institute of Southern Africa (CISA)

Job Mission

• To formulate, review, examine, evaluate, recommend, advise, guide and monitor development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate strategies, policies, processes, procedures or enabling mechanisms required for the Eskom Group to achieve and sustain an adequate and effective level of substantial compliance with obligations, that is, compulsory requirements such as statutory and regulatory obligations, and voluntary commitments.
• To provide a strategic advisory, co-ordination, consolidation, assurance and support function.
